HEALTHY THANKS GIVING RECIPES _ GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serve 2 to 4
INGRIDIENTS
2 cups pasta of your choice
Half kg chicken in cubes
2 tomatoes
2 carrots
1 capsicum
1 cucumber
1 medium size onion
½ cup sweet corn
10 chopped olives
Half cup lemon juice.
1tbsp Sugar
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp crushed red chilly powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
Ingredients to marinate the chicken
2 tbsp of Soya sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilly
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
METHOD
Boil pasta
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt and red chilly powder. For10 minutes
Grill the chicken with 2bsp of olive oil.
Peel cucumber and carrot and cut into small pieces.
De-seed tomato and capsicum; cut them into small squares.
Mix all vegetables with chicken.
Add boiled sweet corns.
Add black pepper, red chili powder, sugar, salt, and lemon juice
Mix it well.
Finally add the olive oil.
Delicious salad is ready.
Cook’s tip
To get better result and taste of all spices add olive oil in the last step.
